So what are we actually doing?

We have developed a program that helps service based businesses grow, taking the first step to build a Brand they can be proud of.

Our goal is to partner with you to uncover where you are now, where 
you want to be, and provide a useful and tangible plan on how you 
get there. All centred on the most important tool for business growth 
you have - your Brand.

Discovery

The best people in Branding ask the best questions, but importantly, they also know how to listen to the answers. This is why our first step is quite simple, we sit down with you and ask you a lot of questions, listening deeply to what you have to say. The goal is to get a true understanding of where your business and Brand are currently at, whilst also unpacking what your future goals are. Ultimately building the first part of your growth framework.

Research &
Review

The next step has two parts. We review everything you currently have in place to do with your Brand (don’t worry, we send you a shopping list of things to send us so you don’t have to go digging for a business card design a Uni student did for you 3 years ago). Once we have all of this, we put our headphones on, ignore the world, and dive deep into reviewing and researching you, your competitors, and your industry at large. We look for trends, opportunities, risks, and anything else that we think is relevant to you and reaching your goals. Our goal here is have all the cards in our hand before we go ahead and make any recommendations that genuinely impact you and your business.

Recommendations

What do we do with this in depth knowledge of your business, Brand, and industry? Well we give you informed, detailed and relevant recommendations on what we believe you should do to help you move from where you are now, to where you want to be. ‘Informed Clarity’ we like to call it. The goal here is help narrow down all the noise and give you an honest, objective, informed opinion on what your next steps should be to help you achieve your goals.

Roadmap

Finally, we put it all into an easy to digest roadmap that highlights the immediate priorities and the required next steps to action them. We also include a longer term timeline for future projects that build on one another to best put you in a position to achieve your goals and build a Brand you can be proud of.

So how does it all work?

Fair question. In short, it is a 5 week program. But rather than boring you with a lengthy paragraph, we made you an easy to follow project timeline - we are thoughtful like that.

Onboarding

  1. You make the decision to commit to bettering your Brand, and business.

  2. We send you a welcome pack.

  3. We book in the initial 1.5 hour Discovery Workshop for the first 
week of the next month.

Week 1

  1. We do the Discovery Workshop.

  2. We send you your shopping list of everything we need you to send us

  3. You send us everything on the shopping list before 9am Monday of week 2

Week 2

  1. We go radio silent for most of the week as we dive deep into your business and industry

Week 3

  1. We give you a quick update on the Monday on how we are tracking and anything of interesting we have found so far.

  2. We also use this Monday to ask any questions we need further clarification on.

Week 4

  1. Week 4 is all about finalising our findings, pressure testing our recommendations and calling on our creative team to make it all look pretty and easy to digest for you.

  2. We also book in a time for the next week to present and talk you through the recommendation.

Week 5

  1. Week 5 is the week - presentation week!

  2. We sit down with you, talk through our process and explain our recommendations and roadmaps.

  3. We answer any immediate questions before sending across the final files and letting you sit on it all and pick it apart.

Week 6 (bonus week)

  1. We know we said it was a 5 week program, but we want to make sure that you have the opportunity to ask questions and test our thinking after you have time to ready through everything we have sent you.

  2. So we pencil in a tentative catch for late this week to allow this to happen. It also gives us an opportunity to give you more direct guidance on the next steps and point you in the right direction if needed!

After the 5 weeks (plus the bonus week) is up, we want to make it clear that we are here to support you! Building a Brand that helps your business grow and that you can be proud of takes time. If it’s a half hour coffee, or a quick email back and forth, we are here for you. By joining this program, you become part of our Better Brands Club, and we always support our own. So don’t be shy.

to do?

Honestly, not much. The goal is for us to take the load off your plate and do the heavy lifting for you. You only have to show up when we book things in, answer the questions we ask you, and have an open mind and trusting attitude. We will do the rest!

Who will I deal
with?

You deal directly with Sam, our owner and Director. His background and education in Business Strategy & Consulting makes him the perfect fit for this type of work with our clients. He is also growing a service based business himself, so he gets it.

Will I have support after?

Absolutely! There are a lot of projects that we can help you with after the program, but even if you don’t take us up on it, go somewhere else to do it, or anything in between you will always have our support. You will be dealing with Sam through his direct personal email so at any point you can shoot him a message and he can setup a call to chat. Ps. We are in the early days of setting something up to give you all more direct access to support, so keep your eyes peeled!

Who is this
program for?

This course is for the ambitious, motivated professional service business owner who has been operating for a few years and honestly just feels lost, overwhelmed and unsure. You are our people, and we can’t wait to partner with you to help get you back on track.

Are you selling
a course?

In short, nope. This isn’t a course, this is essentially a Brand Consulting service. You pay us, we do the work for you, and give you a deliverable at the end. So definitely not a course, more of a structured program where we need your involvement, but we do the work.
